Through a team of experts, WE Innovate offers extensive technical training programs, a tech hackathon, and a seed-stage startup accelerator. All these programs are brought to the world by WE Telecom Egypt & EG|CERT, sponsored by NTRA, and managed by Signfica Ventures.

The Challenge:

Creating a sub-brand for a prominent player in the industry like WE Telecom required extensive research and strategic planning to ensure a seamless integration with the existing brand. When Significa Ventures, the management experts behind WE Innovate program, initially approached our agency, we anticipated a fruitful partnership. The main challenge we encountered was the need to develop multiple brand elements within a tight timeframe. Our efforts were divided between establishing the brand identity, developing & designing the website, conceptualizing the theme for their first event, and formulating a comprehensive digital growth strategy.

The Journey:

Driven by our partners’ trust, we started the journey of crafting the branding for WE Innovate with two key goals. Firstly, we aimed for an identity that aligns with the guidelines of WE Telecom for consistency and easy recognition. Secondly, we infused a youthful and innovative touch to resonate with the audience’s mindset and the brand’s futuristic approach. During their initial event, we effectively integrated our fresh branding into the event’s theme, resulting in significant success.

Simultaneously, our content and development team worked on creating a seamless digital user experience, while our growth strategists mapped out the overall vision. Our strategy focused on thorough research of the target audience, leading to the creative phase where we presented our concept, content pillars, communication touchpoints, visual execution, and a rollout plan that has been guiding our work process since then.
