The Challenge:

UoL has already established itself as a renowned institution globally. Tailoring this brand to suit the Egyptian market required a highly balanced equation. The vision was to craft a strategy that caters to local needs and preferences while maintaining global standards. Marketing for a university, especially in Egypt, necessitates both convincing parents and attracting potential students. Achieving the perfect balance between local and global standards, as well as understanding the mindset of both parents and students, necessitated thorough secondary and primary research before proceeding with our strategy.

The Journey:

It all began with an on-site scouting visit to the campus, where our team had the opportunity to gather firsthand insights from students to ensure the relevance of our content. We conducted numerous interviews, filmed them, and collected valuable data.

Moving forward, we commenced establishing all necessary assets, including various brochures and, most importantly, the website. We designed a unique website that consolidates information, attracts students, streamlines the registration process, and reassures parents.

Simultaneously, our content team developed a strategy aligned with our research findings. We defined the tone for digital platforms and crafted a distinct look and feel that adheres to global standards while appealing to the local market.

Throughout this process, our performance marketing team collaborated closely, ensuring the content reached the right audience through appropriate channels with the right messaging.
